Painted in NYC, I brought this painting to Cleveland. It was almost sold by Terresa DeChant, but the collector didn't like the yellow orange color above the woman's head. The peace in the painting is expressed in the kitch imagery and in the stable upright triangular composition.
Peace for me was leaving NYC.
